  • It only takes 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week to better your quality of life
  • You can do things at home – climb stairs, go for a walk/jog, body weight exercises
  • Simply stop purchasing groceries that won’t benefit your body – eliminate temptations
  • Save money by not eating out
  • You don’t have to do things you hate. Find something you enjoy. The beauty of exercising is that there are so many different ways you can be active! Dance, walk outside, enjoy nature. Find foods you enjoy that meet the recommended guidelines
  • Eventually doing these things daily, it becomes a habit. You forget you’re making a change and it becomes part of your normal routine
