Smoothie Bowls are a great way to start your day with essential nutrients. Today we are sharing a delicous recipe with our Amazon PowrBlend. Our Amazon Powrblend is packed full with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants (ORAC Score of 20,750+).  This smoothie bowl is easy and yummy, even your kids will approve!

 

Ingredients: Serves 1

  • 1 Medium Beet, cooked
  • 1/4 cup Milk or Plain Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Orange Zest
  • 1/2 Inch Piece Fresh Ginger
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 Frozen banana, chopped
  • 2 stick packets of Amazon Powrblend
  • Garnish Options: Blueberries, Coconut Flakes, Pomegrante Seeds

 

Directions: 

Place milk, yogurt, orange zest, ginger, cooked beet, strawberries and banana in a blender container, and blend until smooth. Place in a bowl, and garnish with blueberries, coconut flakes, & other desired toppings.
