Ingredients: Serves 1
- 1 Medium Beet, cooked
- 1/4 cup Milk or Plain Non-Dairy Milk
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp. Orange Zest
- 1/2 Inch Piece Fresh Ginger
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 Frozen banana, chopped
- 2 stick packets of Amazon Powrblend
- Garnish Options: Blueberries, Coconut Flakes, Pomegrante Seeds
Place milk, yogurt, orange zest, ginger, cooked beet, strawberries and banana in a blender container, and blend until smooth. Place in a bowl, and garnish with blueberries, coconut flakes, & other desired toppings.
